PAYMENT TERMS

Masterclass payments should be made no later than 48 hours prior to the Masterclass. Payments must be made in South African Rand.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The company used to handle the payments is called Payfast. Click www.payfast.co.za to read their terms & conditions on payment options.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION/POSTPONEMENT

Masterclass participant substitutions are allowed, at no extra charge, prior to the Masterclass. Masterclass substitutions must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the Masterclass.

The postponement from the client’s side, due to unexpected circumstances, may be allowed at no extra charge, limited to 3 months after the original enrollment date.

If, for any reason, LEARNHOWTOTENDER decides to cancel or postpone this Masterclass for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any force majeure occurrence), payments will not be refunded but credited to a future Masterclass, valid for up to six months to be used at another Masterclass. No refunds, part refunds, or alternative offers shall be made.

COPYRIGHT

All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by LEARNHOWTOTENDER, in connection with the Masterclass, are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication, or distribution is prohibited.

CLIENT INFORMATION

The Client confirms that they allow LEARNHOWTOTENDER to retain its information on its database and consent to receive future communication from LEARNHOWTOTENDER. If the Client wishes to stop receiving such correspondence, please inform LEARNHOWTOTENDER.

INDEMNITY

The Client hereby indemnifies LEARNHOWTOTENDER and its partners from any liability or any financial loss due to the non-re-awarding of any tender, bid, request for proposal, or request for a quote by any Government or Private Entity that the Client responds to before and/or after attending one of LEARNHOWTOTENDER Masterclass.

LEARNHOWTOTENDER and its partners hereby do not guarantee that any attendees, to its Masterclass, will automatically be successful in responding to quotations or competitive bids after attending one of LEARNHOWTOTENDER Masterclass. Masterclass programs’ content is subject to change without notice.

SECURITY

Any unlawful behavior on the website or attempted access to an unauthorized page on the website will lead to prosecution. A user’s personal login email and password will not be used or shared with any third party, it is for their personal use only. LEARNHOWTOTENDER does not have access to any user’s credit card details. These credit card details are only accessible by the banking partner of LEARNHOWTOTENDER. LEARNHOWTOTENDER ensures that all necessary precautions and security measures have been taken regarding the safety and security of credit card payments in adherence to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of 2002.

INDEMNIFICATION

We value your privacy and your protection, and we will run our website in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of 2002. LEARNHOWTOTENDER assumes that the user will indemnify them from any claim of damage or harm that could have been caused as a result of the use of the website or any of its services.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LEARNHOWTOTENDER reserves the right to adjust these terms and conditions when they see fit and as they see fit. Registered customers will be notified of the changes. Please do not use the website if you are dissatisfied with any one of the adjusted terms and conditions.
