PHUMZILE SKOSANA is a seasoned businesswoman who has experience both in corporate and in entrepreneurship, she has started multiple small businesses, some failed and others succeeded. She holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, she has 10 years’ work experience in Eskom where she held different positions in the Maintenance and Engineering Department, where she had an opportunity to evaluate tenders.

A teacher at heart who is passionate about helping others grow and achieve their goals. She shares practical strategies for doing business drawn from over a decade of experience working alongside corporate and government clients. She has immensely benefited from Enterprise Development Programmes such as SAB Kickstart, Raizcorp, and Anglo Zimele.

She currently runs her own company with Government as one of her anchor clients. Based on her deep understanding of the challenges that face many small businesses who are trying to win Tenders, Phumzile developed a Series of Masterclasses to help small businesses navigate these complexities so they can win Tenders to sustain their businesses with long-term contracts
